모노리스가 빌드 엔진으로 제작한 고어 FPS 게임.1997년 6월 20일에 발매되었다. 제목처럼 당시 게임에서 구현 할 수 있는 극도의 폭력과 잔인함을 한계 수준까지 표현했다는 평이다.
One Unit: Whole Blood는 블러드의 확장팩과 최신 패치를 적용한 스페셜 패키지로, Blood원본과 확장팩 Cryptic Passage와 Plasma Pak 그리고 공식 공략집 Blood: The Official Strategy Guide, Blood: Unlock the Secrets가 포함 되어 있다.
